05

Engineering Execution Improvement

Improvement of team structure, delivery process, release management, QA strategy, developer experience, documentation, and accountability.

Best for: teams with delivery friction, unclear ownership, quality issues, or critical vendor dependencies.
06

Technical Due Diligence

Independent assessment of architecture, codebase, infrastructure, data, security, compliance readiness, team maturity, roadmap realism, vendor risk, and scalability.

Best for: investors, acquirers, founders, and executive teams evaluating software platforms.
07

Backend & Platform Development

Hands-on architecture and implementation support for Java/Spring, Python, APIs, event-driven systems, databases, integrations, and cloud-native services.

Best for: teams that need senior implementation help around critical backend or platform work.

For leaders who need technical clarity before the next decision gets expensive.

Denge is a fit when software has become central to the business, but the path forward is unclear, risky, or moving too slowly.

SaaS founders and product companies

Teams that need stronger architecture, clearer ownership, and a more mature engineering operating model.

CEOs and COOs without a full-time CTO

Executives who need plain-English technical judgment before committing budget, roadmap, or vendor direction.

Engineering leaders who need an outside partner

Leaders who want a second set of senior eyes on architecture, delivery risk, cloud strategy, or modernization choices.

Investors and acquirers

Stakeholders who need a grounded view of platform maturity, scalability, security posture, team capability, and roadmap risk.

Companies stuck in vendor-led delivery

Organizations that need better accountability, less dependency, and stronger control over technical direction.

Teams modernizing or adding AI

Groups that need practical adoption plans without introducing avoidable security, reliability, or product risk.

Turn complex technical uncertainty into decisions a team can execute.

Denge works where strategy and implementation meet. The work starts with understanding the system, the business pressure, and the team that has to carry the result.

Clarify the real problem

Map the product, architecture, infrastructure, team dynamics, constraints, and business objectives before prescribing change.

Expose risk in useful language

Translate technical debt, security gaps, delivery risk, and vendor dependency into business terms leaders can act on.

Shape a realistic roadmap

Prioritize modernization, cloud, AI, quality, and delivery work around impact, sequencing, cost, and operational risk.

Design systems teams can own

Create architectures and operating models that can be built, secured, tested, deployed, and maintained by the real organization.

Improve execution discipline

Tighten delivery process, CI/CD, QA, release readiness, observability, documentation, and decision ownership.

Stay close to implementation

Support the work through architecture decisions, technical leadership, hands-on development, vendor review, or executive communication.

Led by a builder who has carried the work from code to boardroom.

Yasin Gedik is a senior software engineering and technology leader with nearly 20 years across enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, digital banking, telecom, cloud platforms, AI integrations, and engineering leadership.

Before founding Denge, he served as VP Engineering and Technology / CTO for a B2B SaaS sourcing platform, worked as an architect and tech lead in digital banking and fintech, built carrier-grade telecom systems, and conducted technical due diligence for software investments and M&A.

That background shapes Denge's style: calm technical judgment, direct communication, and architecture that can be built, operated, secured, and evolved by real teams.

Engineering leadership

Built and managed remote, cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, AI, product, and vendor resources.

Enterprise-grade systems

Worked on banking platforms, high-volume financial services, and telecom protocols where reliability, performance, and correctness mattered.

Cloud, AI, and security work

Led AWS platform work, cloud cost reduction, AI/RAG/agent integration efforts, and NIST CSF-aligned compliance readiness work.

Diligence and risk assessment

Evaluated architecture, data, security, compliance readiness, team maturity, vendor lock-in, scalability, and roadmap execution.

Depth where architecture, product delivery, infrastructure, and operations meet.

Denge is not tied to one stack. The value is knowing which parts matter for the system, team, risk, and roadmap.
