Fractional CTO & Technology Advisory
Senior technical guidance for founders, executives, and product leaders who need roadmap clarity, architecture review, hiring guidance, vendor evaluation, or delivery oversight.
Technical leadership for complex software systems
Denge helps software companies make better technology decisions, modernize complex systems, and deliver reliable cloud-native products. The work combines hands-on architecture, engineering leadership, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and delivery discipline.
Services
Denge is built for companies that need judgment and execution, not extra ceremony. Engagements can be advisory, hands-on, or both.
Senior technical guidance for founders, executives, and product leaders who need roadmap clarity, architecture review, hiring guidance, vendor evaluation, or delivery oversight.
Assessment of current architecture, technical debt, scalability limits, integration problems, cloud readiness, and modernization paths that real teams can execute safely.
AWS and Azure architecture, cost optimization, environment strategy, CI/CD, reliability, observability, infrastructure cleanup, and production readiness.
Practical AI use-case discovery, OpenAI/RAG/agent workflow design, AI feature architecture, secure data handling, and MVP delivery planning.
Improvement of team structure, delivery process, release management, QA strategy, developer experience, documentation, and accountability.
Independent assessment of architecture, codebase, infrastructure, data, security, compliance readiness, team maturity, roadmap realism, vendor risk, and scalability.
Hands-on architecture and implementation support for Java/Spring, Python, APIs, event-driven systems, databases, integrations, and cloud-native services.
Who this is for
Denge is a fit when software has become central to the business, but the path forward is unclear, risky, or moving too slowly.
Teams that need stronger architecture, clearer ownership, and a more mature engineering operating model.
Executives who need plain-English technical judgment before committing budget, roadmap, or vendor direction.
Leaders who want a second set of senior eyes on architecture, delivery risk, cloud strategy, or modernization choices.
Stakeholders who need a grounded view of platform maturity, scalability, security posture, team capability, and roadmap risk.
Organizations that need better accountability, less dependency, and stronger control over technical direction.
Groups that need practical adoption plans without introducing avoidable security, reliability, or product risk.
How Denge helps
Denge works where strategy and implementation meet. The work starts with understanding the system, the business pressure, and the team that has to carry the result.
Map the product, architecture, infrastructure, team dynamics, constraints, and business objectives before prescribing change.
Translate technical debt, security gaps, delivery risk, and vendor dependency into business terms leaders can act on.
Prioritize modernization, cloud, AI, quality, and delivery work around impact, sequencing, cost, and operational risk.
Create architectures and operating models that can be built, secured, tested, deployed, and maintained by the real organization.
Tighten delivery process, CI/CD, QA, release readiness, observability, documentation, and decision ownership.
Support the work through architecture decisions, technical leadership, hands-on development, vendor review, or executive communication.
Founder
Yasin Gedik is a senior software engineering and technology leader with nearly 20 years across enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, digital banking, telecom, cloud platforms, AI integrations, and engineering leadership.
Before founding Denge, he served as VP Engineering and Technology / CTO for a B2B SaaS sourcing platform, worked as an architect and tech lead in digital banking and fintech, built carrier-grade telecom systems, and conducted technical due diligence for software investments and M&A.
That background shapes Denge's style: calm technical judgment, direct communication, and architecture that can be built, operated, secured, and evolved by real teams.
Built and managed remote, cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, AI, product, and vendor resources.
Worked on banking platforms, high-volume financial services, and telecom protocols where reliability, performance, and correctness mattered.
Led AWS platform work, cloud cost reduction, AI/RAG/agent integration efforts, and NIST CSF-aligned compliance readiness work.
Evaluated architecture, data, security, compliance readiness, team maturity, vendor lock-in, scalability, and roadmap execution.
Technical Expertise
Denge is not tied to one stack. The value is knowing which parts matter for the system, team, risk, and roadmap.
Distributed systems, SaaS architecture, multi-tenant platforms, APIs, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Scala, .NET, C, and C++.
AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, environment strategy, release process, observability, and cloud cost optimization.
OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, AI middleware, agent workflows, AI MVP planning, and secure data handling.
PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, JMS, REST, GraphQL, SOAP, and legacy integration.
NIST CSF, ISO 27001 readiness, SOC 2 readiness, GDPR awareness, access control, secure architecture review, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
QA strategy, release governance, bug triage, developer effectiveness, logging, metrics, alerting, incident awareness, and production diagnostics.
